I added another light strip to my 90, I now have 4-48" 40 watt bulbs. One is actinic, one is a GE aquarium bulb the two I added are philips plant and aquarium bulbs. There temp is 2700 K. The problem is they make the tank look yellow. Should I get two higher temp bulbs. The yellow look is not really nice. TIA

I am guessing that you have a T12 fixture. You should be able to buy 6500k bulbs at your local Home Depot or equivalent store. Look for “Daylight” bulbs. That should help with the color.

If you're running a fw setup, why are you using an actintic bulb? (other than maybe a blue tint at night or something?) Take the actintic bulb out and go with a higher temp bulb like 6700 or 10k, any bulbs within that range should either solve your yellowish problem or at least balance it out so it doesn't look so yellow.
