Cooling fans

My apartment stays cold to me but my fish tank doesn't seem to agree. I always have my AC unit on blast but my tank stays around 74 I want it to be more around 72 its the average temp for my fish. Living in southern ohio one day it can be 100 out nearly rendering my Window AC unit obsolete and other days my tank heater will kick in.

I was told to look into fans and I did and i actually found one designed for a fish tank and I was wondering if anyone had tried this ?

Getting some computer fans would be much cheaper. You just need some mesh to protect loose finders from the blades.
