So I pulled my angle fish eggs and have them in a 1 gallon. It's been about 6 days and today I have around 100 free swimmers. Should I wait for the 7th day to start feeding them? ( all I have to feed them are the first bites, I have frozen brine shrimp but would that be too big for them at the moment?

Once they become free swimming, you need to feed them. If you have frozen baby brine shrimp ( not frozen adult brine shrimp) you can feed them that, better than first bites. If you don't have brine shrimp eggs to hatch out your own, either get frozen for now and get some BS eggs. There are multiple scientific studies that show that newly hatched brine shrimp are the BEST food to feed the fry followed by decapsulated brine shrimp cysts. ( Personally, my fry don;t eat the decap shrimp for at least a week or 2 after free swimming.) Flake/ dry foods were way down on the bottom of the list of good choices and showed poor growth results.

Hope this helps (y)
