Dead gourami - trapped in small rock

One of our honey gouramis died last night. We found her during feeding, trapped in a small hole in a rock. She clearly got stuck and couldn't get out. I am now thinking of removing the rocks with holes and replace them with more bogwood instead.

Very sad.

What I do from my phone is I go to forums, freshwater, fresh water and brackish general, then I hit a button and options pop up then I hit new thread. But if you have a different kind of phone I can't help you. Sorry!

Ocean rock, white with lots of holes about 15mm in diameter.
