So I hear one Dwarf puffer for a 5 gallon yet this guy has about 10! They are not fighting yet my one puffer would chase my other puffer. I now only have one puffer left as the other died of a disease or something, so I am wondering, should I add two puffers so I have 3 in my tank? P.S. I have a VERY good filter, and lighting, as well as some plants. Just gotta get more hiding spots. What do you guys think?

No just add one.

The goal for you is to keep your puffer alive as long as you can. The 5gal per DP rule accomplishes that. If you think you could put three in there, then go ahead because its your tank and your fish. However, they can get stressed and feel overcrowded with only 3.3 gal per DP.
