Earthworms for cichlids?

Would earthworms be a good treat to give my cichlids? I have 2 red terrors and a fire mouth.

Ya. Make sure you clean them iff first. Make sure theres no pesticides in the ground. Any pics of the red terrors?

No not at the moment. There fairly small I just got them about a week ago. But the firemouth is about 5 inches long

Jw. I like festae. I have a 3.5" make (my prof pic) a 2.5" male and 6 1.5"ers

If u want u can go buy a box of earthworms from Walmart in the outdoor section in the fish bait isle all u have to do is just rinse off the dirt stuff they have on em from being in the box... Thats what i have feed my firemouth and convict and loach before if i can ill post an old video here after while of them eating
