Eggs on a leaf

I checked my ludwigia plant and saw an egg like cluster on one of the leaves. It's clear. Is it fish eggs or snail? None of the fish were guarding it. So I'm assuming snails. Thanks.

Does it look like a jelly sac? If so it's probably snails.

I'd assume snails too.

Yes, like a jelly sac. Probably 10-15 eggs on a leaf. I just cut the leaf so it won't spread. Thanks.
