Well getting the 240 up and running just got a whole lot closer, found an awesome deal for a reeflo snapper/dart pump.
I think this post will close this out for this thread- I'll start a new build thread for the 240.
As for the 90 everything was a great success! I had some little issues when I first set it up but since then it's been smooth sailing.
