Can i do partial water changes as ph levels rise in my new tank for the little fishy

I don't understand...do you mean you want to lower your pH levels? Your fish should be fine...are you fish-in cycling with a fish?

New fish one week old . 5 ph can i chane partial daily if needed

By pH, do you mean ammonia? If so, yes. Do water changes whenever you need to get it below .25. Follow the cycling guide we linked.

Well if the pH was .5 the fish would be dead right now, it's too adicic for any fish. Now if the ammo is .5 ppm yes you can do partial water changes daily so you can keep it down.

What test kit are you using? Is it a liquid kit? Can you also post the ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels of the tank? The link in Eco's signature (or in mine, the one that says "new tank with fish") will help you along with your fish cycle.
