Feeding suggestions

Hello everyone, just got my 23 US gallon up and running been cycling for 6 weeks and have built up a huge BB and breaking down 5ppm ammonia in 24 hours, Slowly added fish, I have a beautiful docile betta, 6 cardinal tetras and 6 harlequin rasboras, relatively new to this and really don't know the best way to feed my community without my betta eating all tne food. I have pellets flakes etc. any ideas?

I just feed betta pellets first and once he starts eating it I put tropical flakes on the other side of the tank
