I have a 150 gal with 2 aqueon quiet flow 55/75 and a aqua clear 110 is this enough filtration for my tank? Should I buy a power head to help water flow?

Perfect turnover, can add more if you like but on that's fine on it's own

You cannot base it just on the size of the tank. What is your stocking list like? Based on the Clown Knife in your pic I would say your filtration may be enough now, but possibly not in the future.

Cut the 1300gph in half. The "claimed" turnover rates are with no media in the filters, once you add media they significantly drop. You're probably getting about 800gph or so.

I would suggest getting a canister for a such big tank. It could be more handy and easier to entertain, not to forget about it's better filtration capacity.

I think that is plenty of flirtation, as long are your not over stocked. You could get a power head to move the water around on the bottom if it makes you feel bettere haha.
