Hello,

It looks like a Asterina starfish to me, they are harmless microscavengers

Thanks Crypto. Do you know how big they get please?

Hello,

I'm not sure of the exact size, but I know that they do multiply rapidly. Also, they will eat algae of of corals, so make sure there is no tissue damage to them if they start eating algae from the corals

The small worms are bristle/fire worms.
I had them small like yours when I started now they are big.

Get rid of them, don't touch them with hands use tweezers.

if the harmless scavengers we call bristle worms got big, you are overfeeding. they are not bad, and they are not fire worms. there is no need to remove them.
