Frozen food enrichment

Hi I just got some food enrichment and not to sure how to use it do I put in on the food after it has thawed or on top of the cube when it in bit of tank water thawing out. It's new era marine frozen food enrichment if anyone's used before.

I would thaw the cube, drain off that water, then a couple drops of this before dropping it in the tank. It seems to be mostly fish oil anyway....not sure adding fish oil to fish makes a lot of difference.

Cheers, want try give them what they need as had flame angle that was showing its lateral line so think its more do with bad diet but he died buy getting stuck in rock but want to see if other fish look better for it
