Green Algae?

Hey I have some weird light green stuff growing on one of my rocks. Just wondering if it's something I should worry about. My turbo snail goes over it but doesn't seem to be eating it.

Is it hard to remove or easy? If its stuck hard on the rock it could be the start of coraline which is good. But if you can scratch it off with your fingernail then it might be the start of hair algae.

That looks like what I've been battling for a week or so (http://www.aquariumadvice.com/forums/f11/green-cyano-291928.html). It might actually be a green microalgae that a blenny will take care of.
