unfortunately, gonna need a little more to go on. it looks like a small filter in the schematic, maybe rated for a 10-20 gallon tank.

I looked on the Aqueon site. They make a 10 and a 20-30 gallon tank power filter. You may be lucky enough to have the 20-30 model. Take it to the Pet Store that carries Aqueon and try to "size" the cartridge to your filter.
