I thought I had lost my Carpenter's Flasher Wrasse after not seeing him for the past 4 days. I had just finished putting the purple firefish back in the main tank after 6 weeks in the QT when I noticed something swimming in the corner overflow (this is a 125gal AGA with 2 corner overflows). It was the 3" Carpenter's Flasher Wrasse.
The tank is covered (I leave the front panels open) so I have no idea how he got in there. He is about 3" long. I don't have a net small enough to fit in the overflow of course there is the PVC pipe in the middle.
Any ideas on the easiest way to get him out with the least harm?
Thanks.
Seymour
