My flame dwarf gourami is acting weird and looks weak and fat. Idk if she's pregnant or sick.. She sometimes just sinks to the bottom and lay there then she get back up and swim around. What's wrong with her

As much information as you can provide would be halpful! Tank size,water perimeters, tank mates, when you bought her, how you acclimated, any physical wounds, is she eating, whats her poop look like ETC!

Actually there's a wound on her gill tank size 20 gal. And her poo is fine
