All my fish are dying :( some have red gills, but all of them are breathing heavy and some are just aimlessly swimming and running into the glass. The water parameters are fine, I'm more then likely sure it's an infection from a new fish I put in, please help so I can help to treat it!

Red gills normally means ammonia poisoning. What exactly are your water parameters? What size tank? What is your stock?

0 Ammonia, 0 Nitrites and 20 Nitrates. I have been doing almost every other day water changes to try and save them... 2 Angelfish, 8 bloodfin, 1 bristle nose pled in a 29 gallon.

If you have been doing water changes almost every other day then your nitrates wouldn't be at 20 unless your highly over feeding
