My tank is 18.75 inches tall....not sure how this would work with the depth?! I would prefer not to only grow algae...lol. Suggestions please

That's a T5NO fixture. On a 29, you would be able to grow low light plants for sure. I'm not THAT familiar with T5NO, but I would imagine that you would be able to venture into medium light plants as well. I don't think algae would be a problem for you (from excess light anyways).
