How to identify orange dwarf crayfish?

Went to a store in the area and I see some orange crayfish that's just labeled 'Orange Lobster' and the worker also called it a lobster.

Is there another type of crayfish that is orange other than the dwarf? Because from what I saw, their adult size was over 5 inches.

That was a full size crayfish. The CPOs stay around 2 inches. Crayfish are naturally a reddish color but can be had in a variety of other colors.
