How would one of these lights be?

I'm looking to do softies and one lps in a 5-10 gallon aquarium, not sure which size yet. How would these do? Should I buy both of them, just one, or is it not worth my time?http://dallas.craigslist.org/ftw/hsh/3149416761.html

Can't say for sure but I think 8 watts would be really low even on a 5 gallon tank and even if you got two it may barely sustain softies someone else may be able to answer this better
