ice blue question

ok so I've had an ice blue since he was little now he's full grown. only thing is he's so ugly no colour he been brown ever since coming home.

sometimes u can see the colour coming then its gone.


so last night looking around the tank I noticed I have some other male zebra males and there is a female or 2 in there.

if I get rid of the female well he color up?

How many fish are in there and what size is your tank?

28 cichlids

in a.90 gal he the only one not showing colour

Hmm is there much of a stress problem in your tank? What are your water parameters?

Not really stress problem but is he getting picked on?

He's just not dominant mine shows color but soon as he gets chased he loose color

I would think that maybe it's because he's non dominant... IMO

waters perfect lots of hiding places not much chasing

if I remove all my.females well that maybe relieve tension between the zebras and.a lot him to colour up
