I went to feed my fish and saw a bunch if these tiny whit dots on all the sides of the tank

Hard to tell. Need a pic that's more clear and less blue.

If they are spiral looking, then probably spiroid worms.

They Look like white dots with arm looking things but I don't think there starfish

I think they are some type of hydroids. They were in my seahorse tank and were eaten promptly by the Seahorses.
