He does have bright blue lips. He is new to the tank and yes stressed. I can tell that

Yes I believe you are right, the angle of the pic had me thinking psuedocrenilabrus at first but the tail color was all wrong.

Thank you much. Now I have a good list of what's in my tank. I have a OB peacock- juvenile, 1Taiwan Reef-juvenile, and a Zebra Obliquidens I believe it's called as well. Love all the colors for now. I can't wait to change the look of the tank and watch them grow!
