ID this?

This is gonna be a tough one, I can't get a good enough picture but, I'm curious and hoping to learn what this might be.

I'll describe it first!

It's basically like a orange mat with green "heads" growing off it, hopefully you can see what I mean in the picture.

Wonder what it could be?

does it look anemone-ish or more algae?

Hard to say, it has distinct places where the heads are.

- green star polyps
- green galaxia coral
- check out any green polyps, so many and you cant actually see the thing from your pic xx

I guess it will help more if it grows bigger, for a better picture.
