Identify that fish

It's very hard to tell from your photo (I need to see the head better), but it might be Gymnothorax tile (one of the "freshwater morays").

I'd agree it's likely Gymnothorax tile. Not many morays can survive in FW for any length of time, and the coloration is too light to be Echidna rhodochilus. It'll reach 2' or so, is highly predaceous and will eventually need a full-brackish to marine set-up.
