who is the mum?
who do you think is the dad?
personally i see either an aulonocara nyassae "icy blue cichlid" cross with aulonocara nyassae var. "OB peacock"
or aulonocara nyassae "red flash" and OB, but either way technically not a hybrid just a mix of colours imo x

Definately has peacock in it, do u have electric blues? Looks like maybe a cross between electric blue and peacock

I'm my sure about the father but I'll get a picture of the mom when I get back to Utah. The dad I think may be an OB peacock I had that became to aggressive for my tank

The first pic is a few from the same family. the second is the mom and one of the babies

Yeah it does but I have never had an electric blue. I'm not sure what they are but they are turning Into some of my favorite fish in my tank.

Looks like electric blue hapilochromis or blue hap. If it has white on the dorsal fin and gold on the anal fin, then it is definately a hap.

arent there black peacocks? midnights or something? could be a midnight cross OB, however the 1st pic u put on the thread had a red shoulder... there may be some very mixed up genetics here :L x

wow! he looks gorgeous! how big is it? xx

It's about 6 or 7 in inches I would say. I'm not sure how to determine The sex of catfish so I don't know if it's a male or female.

The first one is a Protomelas Taeniolatus; Super Red Empress Fire Hap I believe.
