Are you talking about Neolamprologus leleupi?

If so - these are Lake Tanganyikan Cichlids, and like most of the semi-aggressive cichlids - they should really only be kept with other cichlids or hardy semi-aggressive fish (and perhaps only other Lake Tanganyikan cichlids).

A moderator may want to move this to the "Cichlid Discussions" forum, as you may get more knowledgeable responses there.

yes thats what im talking about. sry i didnt know they were cihclids. im planning a 46 gallon tank and was wondering if 1 would be compatible with these fish:
8 Cardinal tetras
1 Pearl gourami
7 Cherry barbs
8 cories
2 cockatoo cichlids
2 german blue rams
5 rummy nose tetras

can i add a leleupi? i saw one in a community tank in this vid:
