Lighting my cichlid tank

I have a 180 gallon cichlid tank. I have a 6' led light with 4 rows of blue and white lights. I have the blue lights set to come on at 6am and go of at 10pm. At 7am the white joins the blue and stays on until 3. Then when I get home from work I turn the white back on for about an hour so I can look at and feed the fish. Just wondering if this is too much light.

[The boring name]

Any major algae growth? If not I wouldn't be to worried. The fish are just like humans they love light but when it turns dark outside they want their tank dark to rest.
