LR.com shipment just received ! lots of life !

Just received my shipment from LR.com
80# of Florida Keys rock
I am very happy with the quality of the Rocks.
There is a ton of life packed in there.
Saw some starfish,crabs,worms

Happen to find a Mantis just swimming around the bottom of
the packing bag. Lucky I didnt have to hunt him down in the
tank, hope I dont have anymore.

I also got a fish in the bag. He's alive and I have no
idea what he is. I am not planning to throw him in.

maybe the lFS will want it and the mantis.

I plan to mess with the layout until I find that perfect look.
I love all the purple all over the rock.

I would recommend LR.com to anyone.
LR.com did an excellent job!

Wow that's a nice size mantis...

The fish is hard to tell from the pic.. looks like some type of goby. just a guess..

The fish looks like a Goby.. Odds are you have a pistol shimp paired up in the mix.. Acclimate it to the tank.. Congrats.. Looks awesome

it looks like a goby to me too, but if you have better picture, i am sure someone could tell you what kind of fish it really is, congrat on your new arrival

Sweet you got a fish with the rock. He must have been burried in one of the rocks at collection and stayed in the rock all the way thru the holding tanks and to your house.

ok the goby is in there. cant find where he went but he's there somewhere.

I also have a few small crabs in the bag and I am not sure what to do with them.
I know a few crabs made it into the tank, should I put these guys in there too?

the tank is finally looking like a mini eco system.

congrats D, I dont need any more rock, but I think I'm gonna order some more just so I can open the box !!!!

I have a predators in my tank, so I left the crabs in my rock to give them something to hunt.

I think he is either a wheelers shrimp goby or a Pinkspotted Shrimp Goby, not sure...

hehehe hearing and seeing those cool looking lr push me to purchasing 30lbs from them, hehe i hope i get my lr soon so i could take a nice pic of my tank and post it up to show you guys

Looks Like I may have another Mantis.
I am hearing a clicking sound from the Tank every once in a while.

There are so many places he can hide.

Very cool!! I just got mine yesterday...loaded with life.
I have it in a plastic tub not, need to get rid of the aiptasia first and hunt for mantis.
I think I will add the crabs, they are cool to watch.

i got mine today, and i got a couple of crabs and star fishs, and one baby fish, didn't know what it is but it's swimming around somewhere,
anyways my rocks didn't come out as good looking as the one diablo posted, but i will take a picture once i have it set up and post it up here

hehehe, no mantis at all i only got 35 lbs, i got like 5 star fish, and all the crabs didn't make it at all, i also got the fl. keys rocks, haven't taken any picture yet

the water is now cyrstal clear and everything seems to running smoothly
The tank water levels are good.

As I am typing this I can hear something snapping away in the tank.
A Mantis, a Pistol Shrimp to go with the hitchhiking Goby? I dunno

I notice some small algea growth so the clean up crew is on the way.

After a water change my first fish will be on the way.
Thanks everyone for the help so far, I am sure I will need more along the way.

i finally got my lr picture taken, and it's uploaded in my gallery, lr.com have excellent customer service, i got my replacement rocks today and got 2 big pieces each weight about 15lbs, and it's really colorful and fill with life, got one big star fish,
