My goby's cheek is red?!

Only one side.. He never goes by my torch, maybe it was the shrimp? Or scratching himself when he shoots under my live rock? He is still acting normal and eating. Please help

I had a silver sleeper goby have a red spot on the side of him once and it happened to a fish nipping at him. I never saw it again after a couple days. I wouldn't worry.
