Hello all,
It's been awhile!

I recently aquired 2 lovely angels for my 40 gal. I'm trying to keep the tank at about 80 degrees...does that sound about right? They are the sole inhabitants of the tank. It's not a new tank though.

Not sure yet if they are a breeding pair...LFS lady was clueless. I need to get some more plants .

Any tips for the new angel owner?

You can always do a GBR pair with em :p and watch for aggression between them. If you have 2 males, you will need to separate them.

If you want to know more about pairs and anguish breeding look at the "Wiggers at Last!" Threads. Andy Sager is the most knowledgable person here on angelfish.

As said, when they are sexually mature you may see fighting if you have 2 males or just in general.
