will soon there floating for another 20min then im slowely adding watrr about 1cup every 10min to get the acclimated to the low salinity( treating ich)

Probably not. Just Make sure you acclimate them

is floatin enough i cant find the valve to drip alcimate them so i cant do drip

For salt acclimation, you really need to just put a bit if tank water in every 10 minutes 3 or 4 times.
