Just found this on the underside of a rock i was re-arranging. My tank is currently cycling, so think it has a chance? I also have these growing right next to it.

On the left looks like zoanthids and the right a sponge. They might make it thru the cycle, but the zoa's need light and usually sponges do best under indirect light.
 
No problem, I'll just move the rocks a bit. The "sponge" is pretty close to the top.
