Not sure whats wrong with my candy

This candy just dont seem to get on in my tank does anyone have any suggestions he doesnt seem to eat so ive tried gentle target feeding moved him into a lower flow area and still no joy.. All water parameters are in check going to try a 20% wc tomorrow see if that helps him at all
Any other suggestions??
