Hello everyone, a weird thing happened today i was looking at my tank when all of a sudden my open brain coral coughed up green like mucus now he is all curled up any idea's thanks

Many corals will periodically shed their mucus coating. It is the slime you feel when handling a coral. Lots of reasons why it will shed, the majority of them are natural and your coral should recover. By the way, that slime isn't necessarily dangerous to the tank, but under a microscope it is some of the filthiest material there is, it's loaded with bacteria.

thanks but maybe I did not explain well it came out of his mouth greenish ? thanks

Some corals regurgitate as well. Flushes things out. Again, it should probably be okay unless it fails to recover after a few hours.
