i think i want to get an oscar or a really aggressive freshwater fish. i only have a 10 gallon but am planning on buying a bigger one. what size tank should i get for two oscars? or any other fish that you recommend for a begginer

two oscars id say at least 100g when fully grown, they get verry large, verry quickly

one oscar in a 50g. it would probably not reach full size.

Definatly need a big tank for 2 oscars. They get very big (around 12inches)

FYI- 2 oscars will fit just fine in a 55gal tank. If they are a breeding pair, they are ok in a 38gal although I don't recommend it. As far as stunting the growth of an oscar? not gonna happen. They just grow and grow.
