Pelco not eating?? Help

Hi everyone I'm still relativly new to being a fish owner. And am hoping for some help.
I have a 10 gallon tank with a half moon betta fish named Apollo and a pleco (nameless for now). I have had Apollo for about 2 months and the pelco for about 3 days. Thankfuly the two are getting along great, no fighting. But I can't seem to get my pleco to eat I bought him/her algae tablets and put one in everyday but (s) he doesnt seem to be eating them. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Do you know what kind of Pleco it is? Also, plecos are nocturnal and will be more active at night. You could try feeding after your lights have gone out for the night.
