Please help identify this beauty

I found this on the bottom of my beautiful Duncan, and I'm not sure what it is, it has almost blue see-through tentacles with yellow bubble tips. It's very tiny so I hope you can see in the picture :)

Either way it's not a bad idea to try to isolate it somehow. If you can easily chip if off the rock and move it somewhere else I;d do that.
 
That's EXACTLY what it looks like LongSpitt :) thanx for all your help everyone :) but does anyone know if it is safe to have in my tank? I think I will try and isolate it so it won't interfere with my Duncan :)
