Please help me diagnose this disease!

Hi there,

My guppy has developed a mass on its underside it is small round and pinky coloured. He can swim and eat fine. The water quality is good. I have been doing regular water changes and placing aquarium salt in to see if this relieves it. But it's not going away. Please can you help me. I'm concerned he's not going to make it. I've attached a photo but it's not great

Is it a prolapsed anus?

personally I would not think prolapsed anus just because you would expect it to be more red. However that is just an opinion... cuz it would seem that many pictures of fish with that condition light colored prolapses.
