it was sold to me as alternanthera reineckii mini but I'm not convinced its the mini variation. Which really sucks cause it wasn't cheap and the non mini variation is cheap.

Yeah sucks when sellers don't know/lie about the species. Either way looks nice

Ya it does he sent a pic of the smallest portions he had and a picture of the container that would have came from tropica.com's website but he could have gotten that pic from google. I'm hoping they don't grow too big.

just set up my 5.5g with the plants from my 20 g and substrate to help cycle. will be adding a dwarf puffer after cycle!!! now to get some new plants for my 20 lol. its cloudy because i just got done setting it up

One or more of my tanks will be planted this weekend!! I have plants being shipped tomorrow, they are suppose to be at my house on friday! I'm so excited yet my mom asked me multiple times if I was sure I wanted to spend my money on plants! she doesn't understand how awesome planted tanks look! my next step with be a DIY CO2 lets see what her reaction to that is!
