Price of used bare tank

What is a fair price range for a used bare tank? Ad says 150 gallon but measurements are 72 x 20 x 20 which is 125 i think? Seller is asking for "best offer". Also, anything i should be looking for when i go see it? Cracks, scratches, anything else?

I'm pretty excited about the possibilty of upgrading from my 36 gallon!

I would ask to see it filled up with water. Look for bowing, cracks, scratches, etc. I have heard to offer $.50 per gallon, but since the tank is on the bigger side it may be worth more depending on the condition.

I got my used 150 with a stand hood and lights for 150, with no stand hood or lights I'd say 50-75$
