Priming ReptoFilter

I have a reptofilter in my 20 gallon turtle tank. Recently the power went out, but when the power returned the filter didn't start back. I have unplugged it then plugged it back in, but this had no effect. Has anyone had this problem, how can I fix it?

Sounds like it needs water in the tubes. I would disconnect the tubes from the intake strainer and out put valve and pour water down them until they fill up. Then try connecting the intake and out put valves, and see if it fixes it.
