I think I've found some but the first part of the name isn't correct. Does anyone know Lamprologus multifasciatus? Is this the normal multi just an error in the name?

It may be some old school keepers, the genus was broken into 2 genus' , Neolamprologus and Lamprologus. Some of us don't take change as well as others lol.

Personally I would start with a 20 long just to make sure I had space as they started adding the next generations of the colony.

I always looked at the size of the head especially if the fish are all close in size, females tend to have a smaller head than a male of the same size.
