Don't you just wish the fish would hold up a sign that reads " I'm a ________ on the outside but a ___________ on the inside!" :D

In one of my hatcheries, my best Black Angels came from a pairing of a Gold and a Marble. Now that would have been an interesting sign. :ROFLMAO:

I can't even figure out what mine is. It seems like a wild (silve) type, but the lines don't seem quite the same. It also has the red eyes and red top fin....

Ya exactly.....like sillyfishies said we were just on the subject of Zebras ....but Andy thanks for the website...its got allot of good info.

NP ;)
Since I was out of fish for a while, a lot of new colors of Angels were created so I needed to catch up. I used their site as a guideline. There can be a number of variations to these patterns so some uniformity needed to be created for sure. Light Zebras weren't around when I left. I happen to prefer the darker Zebra Lace Angels myself but to each his/her own. :D
Bottom line, it's a nice looking fish on the outside no matter what it is on the inside (y)

Unfortunately, unless yo know the origin of the fish, it's all a guessing game as to what it's phenotype/genotype is. Right now, it's an.................Angelfish :D

Ooo! Those are my favorites. Haha I'm assuming its of wild decent because my fish store is proud to talk about all the wild caught fish they have. 1 of the GBR I got from there was wild caught.

Anyway, they had a tank with about 90 of these little guys and mine was the only one who has a bluish sheen when it caught the light.

Ok I'll stay on topic from now on):.

Here are a few of mine. Some young pea sized koi veils, gold pearscales that are a bit bigger than a silver dollar (not sure what the next size up is) now, and then my mixed PB's some are supposedly wide fins and pearls but not sure on what exactly they are so if anyone could help that'd be great. Got the PB's from AngelMania on aquabid if that helps with the ID process
I think I've got 12 total ATM waiting for them to start pairing up and then going to sell off everyone except 2-3 pair once that happens

Had them 5 years. Was told they were a pair. Certainly not a breeding pair

I'm thinking about getting a Pinoy angel. Does 12 dollars sound like a good price

Very good deal. Love those just hard to find locally. And certainly not that size
