Sick black tetra

1~What type of fish is afflicted? Black tetra with full body color, red gill and breathing faster.
2~What are your tank parameters ? All are in normal range. Well water so water is a little hard but in the low 7's
3~ How large is the tank? 55 gallon and set up for more than five years
4~What type of filtration are you using? Aqueon quiet flow 55 gallon
5~How many fish are in the tank? What kinds of fish are they and what are their current sizes? 13 fish in the tank 2 Angels, 2 rainbow fish 2 emperor tetras, four black tetras, clown loach, bristle nose plecostomus 2 danios and two neons.
6~When is the last time you did a water change and vacuum the gravel? How often do you do this? How much water do you remove at a time? 25% changes and vacuum weekly
7~How long have you had the fish? If the fish is new, how did you acclimate it/them? 3 yrs
8~Have you added anything new to the tank--decor, new dechlorinator, new substrate, etc.?no
9~What kind of food have you been feeding your fish, have you changed their diet recently? Tetra flakes
