Somethings Wrong!

I have a few mystery snails. One and only one has been in the same spot for over a week. He doesn't move or barely come out of his shell. I know he is still alive because when I go and grab the shell he pulls back into it. I don't know what has happened. I know he hasn't moved because his shell is upside down all the time. Anyone else have this issue????

Sounds like he got stuck, try putting him right side up. Also, check your ammonia, if that hasn't raised he probably isn't dead.
