Spaghetti worms???

So I looked up this worm thing that has been coming out at night in my nano tank. I am pretty sure it's a spaghetti worm. By the time I can turn the light on to take a picture it sucks back into the rock and is no where to be seen. Does any one know if these are bad or how to get rid of it? I mostly have a variety of polyps and mushrooms with a few small crabs/ shrimp no fish yet.

Thanks that's an awesome site. I will try to get a pic tonight but after reading that site I think it's either a Digitate hydroid or a peanut worm.
