Whats a good bacterial addictive to speed the cycle of a new tank?

maybe a piece of filter media from another established tank, or a handful of gravel .....decorations ect.....

This and tetra safestart are the only BB in a bottle I know to work. But if you have access to an established tank, getting bio media works too to "seed" your tank.
