Hello!
I am starting a river system tank in my classroom. We are currently raising trout fry, and have had some tanks growing up.
I was looking for some advice on stocking the tank and was looking into the addition of snails, or newts for the tank as well. I was thinking about Danios and some smaller fish to start with that I have had in the past...
We are currently cleaning and buying new parts for the tank. I inherited from the storage closet - the pump that goes with it was broken. Not sure of the exact size - but I have attached a picture. Any suggestions?
We are not looking to do live plants at this time. We would like to focus on getting our fish going first - we also have a limited budge. Although I know we are saving huge by already having a tank.
